| Under the terms of the By-Laws of the RMCAO, it is a condition of Active Membership that all plants of each Active Member must, at all times, qualify for the issuance of a Certificate of Ready Mixed/Mobile Mix Concrete Production Facilities. |

- Effective January 1, 2004, all broker trucks must be certified under the RMCAO Broker Truck Certfication Program.
- The certification period is two years as per the existing plant certification program
- Implementation of the certification program is by RMCAO approved third party auditors
- 100% of all brokered trucks must be inspected and certified and each truck will be issued a certification sticker which includes both the truck number and expiry date.
